At PrimeSmile Dental Laboratory, we ensure every restoration is delivered on time and in perfect condition. Standard turnaround is typically 5–10 business days after receiving complete case materials, with expedited options available. All shipments are securely packaged and include tracking details for your convenience. If a restoration does not meet our quality standards, we will gladly evaluate and remake it at no additional cost, provided the item and related documentation are returned within 30 days. Compatibility
PrimeSmile restorations are designed for seamless compatibility with major digital systems and implant platforms. We accept digital impressions from leading scanners such as 3Shape, iTero, Medit, Planmeca, and CEREC, supporting STL, PLY, and OBJ file formats. Our restorations are also compatible with most major implant systems, including Nobel Biocare, Straumann, Zimmer Biomet, and others.
